Endowment

Some of the money Stan Tarry left the Association is available as an endowment and members are invited to apply for a contribution towards suitable educational events that would improve their knowledge and understanding of the organ and its music, or ability to play the instrument. There is no specific 'blue-print' to determine who or what might be eligible and no age limit either, but your Committee will expect to receive constructive reasons in support of an application.

Considerations will be given to such things as assistance towards the costs of the R.C.O. examinations; a professional tutorial for a specific occasion; (recital/study/research); a study course for a particular project; attendance at the I.A.O. London Organ Day, Midlands Organ Day or similar event. In fact the N&DOA Committee will consider anything that's relevant and appropriate in fulfilling the aims of the Association's constitution.

The endowment can be applied for at anytime by writing initially to the Hon. Secretary with details.
